Early Potty Training?

James has been showing early signs of being ready for potty training. We think this might be because his friend Morgan is already in potty training and it has made James more aware of what is going on around him. When James has gas, or a dirty diaper, James says "diaper" to let us know. He does not do it all of the time, and has only started doing it recently, so we will see what happens.
