James enjoyed spending time with Grandpa Risk this past weekend. He showed Grandpa all of the things he can do like counting, reciting the alphabet, playing ball, and lots of other good things. On Sunday, James went with Mommy, Daddy, and Grandpa to the park and enjoyed some time on the swings.
James has been pointing out all of the volcanoes around town. He apparently saw a volcano on one of his favorite shows (Dora the Explorer or Go, Diego, Go!) and now seems to think that everything is a volcano. It has become one of his favorite words. The other is "shore" (sure), which he says instead of yes. At least he is saying something other than "no" to all of our questions. He does seem to comprehend that "sure" means yes.
